About the Role

The Regional Senior eActivation plays a critical role in shaping and executing digital activations across multiple markets. This is not a support role—this individual will own their brands, take the lead in activation planning, drive strategy, and proactively suggest new ideas to optimize performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, takes full accountability for their markets, and confidently leads discussions with stakeholders.

This role is structured around three key pillars:

  1. Building & optimizing the Online Animation Plan
  2. Hands-on execution & cross-team collaboration
  3. Performance reporting & data-driven improvements

Description

  1. Building & Optimizing the Online Animation Plan (Strategic Ownership)
  • Lead the creation and optimization of the Online Animation Plan, collaborating with regional teams.
  • Structure activations based on promo types and historical data, ensuring alignment with net-over-profit targets.
  • Tailor activations to local market needs while maintaining overall plan consistency.
  • Drive innovation and challenge ideas to improve the activation strategy.
  1. Hands-On Execution & Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Create offer codes and collaborate with key internal teams (eMerchandising, eRetention, Paid Media, Post-Purchase) to ensure successful activations.
  • Lead proactive discussions and drive meetings.
  1. Performance Reporting & Data-Driven Improvements
  • Analyze performance using tools like GA4 and Looker, tracking KPIs like conversion rate and ROAS.
  • Provide actionable insights through post-activation reports and maintain a data repository for future planning.
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on performance results to drive business impact.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online activations.
  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable working with GA4, Looker, BI tools.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Shopify, Drupal, or equivalent) for offer code creation.
  • Familiarity with Photoshop and Figma for asset adaptation and digital content review, when needed.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, high-growth digital environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills – must be able to confidently lead discussions and challenge ideas.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
