The Position

As a Supply Chain Specialist you will work in a dynamic and versatile environment. You will be pivotal in ensuring the timely availability of Roche’s laboratory solutions, actively engaging with all relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Additionally, you will support the standardization and continuous improvement of Instrument Lifecycle processes, sharing responsibility for the efficient management of our operations.
Challenges:
- End-to-end handling of the supply chain of large instruments (demand planning, purchasing, dispatching and retiring).
- Inventory management of instruments and accessories, definition of optimal replenishment strategies.
- Administer Material and Equipment Master data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze and respond to complex or exceptional requests, such as multiphased installations, and determine necessary operational steps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance productivity and ensure compliance.
- Provide operational support for projects and initiatives, including the integration of new portfolios, to ensure flawless transitions to day-to-day operations.
Who Your Are:
- Completed studies in business administration, supply chain or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and improve process performance and ensure alignment with supply chain objectives.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Practical experience in demand planning, purchasing and inventory management, with knowledge of SAP MM and SD modules.
- Customer centricity, proactive and quickly adaptable to change.
- Proven fluency in English.
