What will you be doing?
The LD Implementation Support Manager, within the Operations department, works on the implementation of the LD solution that Circana offers its clients. The candidate is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising each phase of the project so that it is delivered on time and in the correct manner. Once the project is implemented, is responsible for monitoring the production and delivery of each model, as well as managing changes to the model.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze feasibility, estimate costs and implementation times
- Create, monitor, and manage Project Plans for building Liquid Data models for clients
- Coordinate Circana and Client teams in each phase of the project
- Supervise weekly production of LD models
- Manage tickets and model changes with local and international Circana teams
- Communicate to local and international teams the status of each model (implementation, changes, incidents, etc.)
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
- English: written and spoken is mandatory requisite
- Proactivity
- Confidence to influence and engage with people at all levels within Circana, external teams, and clients
- Organizational, planning and control skills to manage multiple tasks and resources to deliver accurate results within challenging timeframes
- Graduate degree with more than 4 years of management experience in operations or customer service functions
