Your Role
- Provide expert support for complex Windows issues, ensuring stability and performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve recurring incidents and system outages.
- Drive IT and infrastructure projects, including automation and lifecycle management.
- Manage patching, vulnerability assessments, and security hardening initiatives.
- Oversee datacenter operations, hardware tracking, and environmental monitoring.
- Maintain detailed documentation and support internal and external audits.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and offer rotational on-call support.
Who you are
- 8+ years of proven experience in Windows Server environments, with a focus on networking, storage, and security.
- Passionate about improving IT services through automation and AI technologies, with knowledge of Azure Arc and cloud technology.
- Knowledge of hardware, including servers, blade servers, and all related infrastructure.
- Committed to delivering reliable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure services.
- Focused on safeguarding against cyber threats and ensuring compliance.
- Experienced in lifecycle management and minimizing costs.
- Driven to enhance operational excellence through improved ITSM/ITIL processes and data quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business objectives.
