You will have impact and fun at work by:

  • Evaluating and improving the quality and performance of existing levels to ensure an optimal player experience.
  • Contributing to core game and level-related features and initiatives, such as A/B tests, level balancing, and the design of new level mechanics.
  • Working independently and take ownership of levels or level-related features and initiatives assigned to you.
  • Supporting the team by contributing to various design tasks as needed.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Around 2–4 years of commercial experience with proven success working on mobile F2P games, including approximately 2 years of experience designing levels for a casual puzzle game.
  • Experience using level data and player metrics to fine-tune gameplay and enhance player satisfaction.
  • Ability to mentor others in game design skills and knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience working on live games and event-based content.
  • Creative, adaptable, and proactive in proposing solutions to design challenges.
  • Strong understanding of the game’s unique needs, with the ability to design levels and mechanics that align with the overall product vision.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Unity, Git/version control systems, Atlassian tools, and Google Workspace.
