As an Art Director, you’ll be responsible for managing the visual proposals for the various campaigns, product introductions, and other communications initiatives we’ll be running on our digital channels.

What you’ll do

Job Title: Creative Supervisor (Junior Creative Director Profile)

Reports to: Internal Creative Lead

We’re looking for a Creative Supervisor with strong art direction skills and art direction background someone who can lead the development of integrated creative concepts from idea to execution. You will play a pivotal role in shaping 360° creative proposals, combining visual identity, campaign narrative, and copy into cohesive and compelling solutions. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on creative execution, especially in art direction.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life across digital and physical touchpoints, while ensuring visual consistency, brand alignment, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Concept Development & Delivery

  • Interpret creative briefs and lead the development of integrated campaign concepts under the guidance of the Creative Lead.
  • Take full ownership of the creative idea and its articulation across visual identity, messaging, and storytelling.
  • Develop and present visual design directions, storyboards, and mockups to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
  • Collaborate with internal copywriters to craft coherent, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
  • Produce high-quality art direction work, directly contributing to the visual development and creative output.
  • Deliver visual content across all key touchpoints: websites, landing pages, social assets, video, display, POS materials, etc.
  • Oversee the work of internal designers and creative agencies, ensuring alignment with the creative vision and brand standards.
  • Commission and direct illustrators, photographers, and other creatives as needed to support project goals
  • Ensure all creative outputs are delivered on time, on budget, and meet quality standards.

Performance & Optimization

  • Track and assess the performance of visual content across key channels.
  • Leverage insights to refine creative approaches and improve effectiveness over time.

Partner & Resource Management

  • Support the Creative Lead in sourcing, onboarding, and managing external creative partners.
  • Assist in the coordination of admin tasks (quotes, POs, invoicing) and ensure timelines and deliverables are respected.
  • Help maintain and evaluate the performance of the partner ecosystem.

Operational Excellence

  • Define and continuously improve creative processes and workflows to increase team efficiency.
  • Recommend tools, templates, and systems that drive creative agility, rigor, and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid background in map direction with proven experience in leading integrated creative campaigns.
  • Strong visual and conceptual thinking, with a portfolio demonstrating art direction, campaign ideation, and storytelling.
  • Hands-on creative with proficiency in design tools and a keen eye for visual consistency.
  • Experience guiding designers and external creative teams.
  • Understanding of brand systems and how to translate them across channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agile, collaborative, and self-motivated mindset.

Your qualifications

Technical

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative agency
  • Portfolio of projects is a must-have
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising or bachelor of fine arts
  • Advanced use of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and video editing software such as Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Basic use of 3D design tools
  • Expertise in producing social media assets and other short form formats for professional and consumer audiences
  • Strong ability to manage complex stakeholder landscape, including stakeholder influence and relationship management at all levels
  • Fluent English speaker
