We’re recruiting a Pre-Sales Manager

Overview

The Pre-sales manager is part of the CSL Implementation Delivery team. In this role, the pre-sales manager will support sales associates and business consultants prior to contract signature. They will work on ADP Celergo new business and Streamline transitions for a pre-defined region.

The core objective is to help the ADP sales teams in ESI and GES to convert opportunities into new sales. The pre-sales manager will bring implementation knowledge during the pre-sales phase to increase the prospect confidence about our service and implementation capabilities. They will also share implementation expertise, make recommendations on best practices, and anticipate potential challenges during project delivery.

Since this is a new role, the pre-sales manager will work closely with the other pre-sales managers, sales leaders and the delivery teams (including Project Preparation) to define the roles & responsibilities and potential evolutions of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales to understand the prospect characteristics and prepare customized pre-sales presentation.
  • Joined pre-sales calls to present Implementation best practices and make recommendations.
  • Build and review tentative rollouts that meet client expectations and ADP best practices.
  • Suggest governance model to put in place, including executive sponsorship.
  • Assess client readiness and anticipate future blockers including but not limited to, needs to engage with Global Consulting Services
  • Support with exception requests for partner and central slots.
  • Liaise with Resource Management and Project Preparation to share findings after contract signature.
  • Participate in sales handovers.
  • Work with sales training & marketing to improve the quality of support tools & documents.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Master´s Degree or other advanced degree.
  • Experience in Project Management and Project delivery.
  • Understanding and knowledge of the ADP environment.
  • Knowledge of Payroll implementation and or in sales is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Enjoy client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking, problem solving and result oriented.
  • Ability to establish partnerships at all levels of the organization, including Sales DVPs & VPs
  • Ability to gain trust and share expertise in a short time.
  • Enjoy working in a moving, international, and dynamic environment.
