Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.

Purpose of the job

Responsible for fostering and developing advocacy programs and related strategies in indirect retail concerning our brands and categories constantly looking for opportunities to strengthen our relationships with our trade partners while bringing efficiencies and sustainable engagement activities.

Principal Accountabilities

TRADE PROGRAMS

Leading the development and deployment of the indirect retail advocacy strategy for B2B partners. Ensure constantly growing indirect retail contribution to the overall business results, by defining the advocacy strategy with focus on scaling up active and engaged retailer to drive our smokefree vision.

Responsible for the development and the implementation of short to long term trade engagement and development plans, in order to support the field force in achieving the Company business targets in volume and share of market as well as impacting consumers and help them to be more efficient.

TRADE CONTENTS

Define and deploy the content for DTE platform to implement efficiently and effectively campaigns.

Define and implement the necessary contents per program and segment/audience to ensure the correct execution of the defined programs.

TRADE INCENTIVES

Proposes and implements the Trade Incentives schemes and remuneration programs, ensuring all key internal requirements are met, and providing an optimal experience of the trade.

3rd PARTY MANAGEMENT

Ensure long-term suppliers’ development towards the most beneficial and trustworthy relationships. Control that external agency meet expectations, quality standards and procedures within agreements signed.

BUDGET AND KPIs

Control and forecast process of the budget assigned continuous tracking the main KPI’s to lead strong, effective actions plans suggesting corrective/preventive actions where necessary.

PROXIMITY WITH FsF

Ensure close collaboration with FsF in field to gather first-hand experience and identify areas of improvement.

Skills and Competencies

EDUCATION

College/University: B.A./University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Marketing.

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 1-year experience in trade marketing or commercial functions.

Knowledge of trade platforms and sales force environment is valuable.

Experience in multinational FMCG companies is a plus.
