The Digital Media Performance Analyst will lead the launch and ongoing optimization of Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) programmatic and social media campaigns. This role involves coordinating campaign setups, ensuring timely launches, optimizing performance, troubleshooting, and meeting client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver measurable results.

Main Responsibilities

  • Campaign Implementation & Optimization:
  • – Coordinate the setup of DMO campaigns with clients and internal.
  • Ad Operations staff to ensure timely and quality launches.
  • Oversee campaign setup in platforms, including implementation of client creatives, trackers, tags, and automated reporting.
  • Provide post-launch assistance to ensure assets comply with site specifications and function properly.
  • Actively monitor campaign performance to ensure alignment with client KPIs.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify and resolve issues, and optimize to meet client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Provide actionable recommendations for campaign improvement and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Account Managers, and Ad Operations to coordinate campaign setup, reporting, and client deliverables. Support renewals, onboarding of new clients, and identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
  • Reporting & Insights: Generate one-time and scheduled reports, analyze data, and present insights to internal teams and clients. Stay updated on market trends to inform strategy.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all campaign assets meet specifications and quality guidelines, including correct tracking, tagging, and platform linkage.
  • Best Practices: Advocate for and implement digital media best practices across all campaigns.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with Google Marketing Platform, Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), and paid campaign attribution is needed.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently within defined processes and collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners.
  • Experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work in a collaborative environment.
