Job Purpose
We are looking for a Vendor Integration Specialist to act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and external vendors. This role is critical in translating vendor requirements into internal processes and coordinating with the development team to ensure successful integration into our digital platforms.
The successful candidate will support the onboarding of new vendors and ensure seamless integration aligned with TD SYNNEX’s operational standards and digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business owners and vendors to gather and understand integration requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical and process requirements for internal development teams.
- Act as a bridge between vendor expectations and TD SYNNEX’s internal systems and workflows.
- Support the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring alignment with internal operations and supply chain processes.
- Educate development teams on business requirements and ensure clarity in execution.
Main Knowledge/Skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and manipulate data
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level)
- Experience in data analysis to identify patterns and trends
- Passion for automation, digital transformation, and process optimization
- Forward-thinking attitude with a focus on streamlining operations
- Ability to embrace and adapt to latest technologies
- Previous experience in internal operations, supply chain, or vendor management
