Your Role

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our offices in Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, aligning talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR teams, leadership, and external partners.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and create robust talent pipelines.
• Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and implementing effective sourcing plans.
• Screen, assess, and interview candidates while guiding hiring managers through the selection process.
• Represent the company at career fairs and local initiatives to enhance employer branding.
