What this job involves:

As a Corporate Receptionist at JLL, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while providing exceptional front desk services and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This vital corporate reception role combines customer service excellence with administrative coordination, requiring you to greet visitors professionally, manage incoming calls, and coordinate visitor registration while maintaining a welcoming and secure reception area. You will play a crucial role in JLL’s commitment to professional excellence by handling mail and package distribution, managing conference room bookings, supporting various administrative tasks, and ensuring all interactions reflect JLL’s high standards of professionalism and customer service while maintaining security protocols and creating positive first impressions for all stakeholders visiting our corporate facilities.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees professionally while managing visitor registration and security badge issuance
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel while taking accurate messages when necessary
  • Manage mail and package reception, sorting, and distribution throughout the corporate facility
  • Coordinate conference room bookings and meeting room setup while ensuring rooms are properly prepared
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization while ensuring professional appearance at all times
  • Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation as needed
  • Monitor security protocols and building access while ensuring compliance with corporate safety procedures
  • Assist with special events, meetings, and corporate functions as required while providing excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of reception, customer service, or administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in fast-paced corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint for administrative support
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with ability to represent JLL corporate brand positively to all visitors
  • Customer service orientation with ability to handle inquiries and requests courteously and efficiently
  • Basic understanding of office equipment including multi-line phone systems, printers, and copying machines
  • Reliability and punctuality with flexibility to support various administrative needs as they arise.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in corporate reception or front desk role in professional services environment
  • Knowledge of visitor management systems and security badge issuance procedures
  • Understanding of conference room booking systems and meeting coordination processes
  • Experience with mail and package management including sorting and distribution procedures
  • Knowledge of building security protocols and access control systems
  • Background in administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Understanding of corporate event support and meeting facilitation
  • Experience maintaining professional reception areas with attention to detail and presentation standards.
