CSSC Back Office Engineer

As a Back Office Engineer your function is contribute to a thriving CSSC Back Office team by understanding customer needs, providing technical quotation, information, advice, and assistance regarding Grundfos´ products and services to incoming inquiries from our customers through various Customer channels i.e., telephone, E-mail, live chat.

You will have 2 days home office work per week

What is the job about?

  • Provide technical assistance to Customers regarding the product sizing, applications, system solutions, accessories, installations, prices, etc. to assure the functionality of the solution in practice.
  • Follow up on Customer interactions within set Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Support sales teams by handling tenders and projects, include providing dimension, specifications, calculations, time of delivery, operation, and maintenance issues, etc.
  • Identify business opportunities and handover to external sales.
  • Ensure customer master data is updated on portfolio of customers under their responsibility.
  • Assist technical training for Front Line staff.

What do you need to apply?

  • Mechanical, hydraulic, electrotechnical, thermomechanical engineering degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience within Customer Services preference
  • Organizational skills & accountability
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications.
  • Good communication and networking skills together with the ability to build strong and trusting relationships with both Internal and External Stakeholders.
  • Written and spoken English.
