Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Refrigeración experimentado/a para unirse a nuestra instalación de Life Sciences en España. Este rol es fundamental para mantener los sistemas de control de temperatura óptimos que respaldan nuestras operaciones de investigación, desarrollo y producción.

Responsabilidades

  • Instalar, mantener y reparar sistemas de refrigeración específicos para aplicaciones en Life Science, incluyendo congeladores de temperatura ultra-baja, cámaras frigoríficas y equipos de refrigeración de laboratorio
  • Realizar mantenimiento preventivo en unidades de refrigeración para garantizar el cumplimiento de las GMP y otros requisitos regulatorios
  • Solucionar y diagnosticar problemas complejos de sistemas de refrigeración utilizando documentación técnica y herramientas de diagnóstico
  • Monitorear niveles de refrigerante y realizar recargas según las regulaciones ambientales y protocolos de seguridad
  • Mantener registros detallados de mantenimiento y documentación de validación para fines de auditoría
  • Colaborar con la gestión de instalaciones y el personal de laboratorio para atender necesidades de refrigeración
  • Responder a situaciones de emergencia y excursiones de temperatura para proteger materiales biológicos sensibles
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones españolas y de la UE relacionadas con refrigerantes e impacto ambiental

Cualificaciones

  • Título técnico o certificación en ingeniería de refrigeración, HVAC o campo relacionado
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia con sistemas de refrigeración industrial, preferiblemente en entornos farmacéuticos, biotecnológicos o de atención médica
  • Conocimiento de GMP, normas ISO y requisitos regulatorios aplicables a instalaciones de ciencias de la vida
  • Experiencia con sistemas computarizados de gestión de edificios y sistemas de monitoreo de temperatura
  • Competencia en la resolución de problemas de sistemas de control electrónico
  • Certificación F-gas válida y comprensión de las regulaciones actuales sobre refrigerantes
  • Capacidad para leer e interpretar dibujos técnicos y documentación
  • Español fluido requerido; se prefiere dominio del inglés

  • Cumplimiento de EPP (Equipo de Protección Personal) requerido en ciertas áreas de la instalación

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our Life Sciences facility in Spain. This role is critical for maintaining optimal temperature control systems that support our research, development, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems specific to life science applications, including ultra-low temperature freezers, cold rooms, and laboratory cooling equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration units to ensure compliance with GMP and other regulatory requirements
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex refrigeration system issues using technical documentation and diagnostic tools
  • Monitor refrigerant levels and perform refills according to environmental regulations and safety protocols
  • Maintain detailed maintenance records and validation documentation for audit purposes
  • Collaborate with facility management and laboratory staff to address cooling needs
  • Respond to emergency situations and temperature excursions to protect sensitive biological materials
  • Ensure compliance with Spanish and EU regulations regarding refrigerants and environmental impact

Qualifications

  • Technical degree or certification in refrigeration engineering, HVAC, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with industrial refrigeration systems, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare environments
  • Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to life science facilities
  • Experience with computerized building management systems and temperature monitoring systems
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting electronic control systems
  • Valid F-gas certification and understanding of current refrigerant regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
  • Fluent Spanish required; English proficiency preferred
