The Position

As a Global Customer Support RIS Central Solution Delivery Chapter Lead you will be responsible with our team to deliver high quality digital products to your partners, the implementation managers and affiliates.

The Opportunity

  • Leading the global team which centrally delivers, configures and tests digital healthcare products remotely based on clear customer requirements from implementation managers and affiliates with a strong focus on quality and time to market
  • Designing, implementing and owning the global solution delivery strategy and concept for RIS in close partnership with GCS RIS peers, the regions and affiliates as well as RIS functions and customer areas
  • Ensuring close work with implementation managers to understand requirements, continuously improving collaboration, processes and tools to make delivery more efficient and effective
  • Leading the continuous improvements of tools, processes, standardization and products, incl identify and recommend opportunities to automate systems and tools
  • Collaborating across departments and geographies to develop and implement improved workflows and processes and foster collaboration of your team
  • Being an active coach and mentor to members of the Chapter to help them grow and progress in their career

Who you are

  • Advanced degree in Business or IT or a related field. Experience or background in support and training or delivery of software products is a plus.
  • 5+ years experience in people leadership and working across the globe
  • 5+ years of experience in the diagnostics or software industry
  • Fluent in English, oral and written, Spanish is an advantage
  • Very strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including a customer focused approach, and highly effective teamwork and collaboration skills

You should be willing to visit customers and perform on-site activities on an occasional basis (up to 20%).
