Job Description Summary:

We are a rapidly growing and dynamic organization and, as part of our expansion, our NAV & Valuation team in the CFO department is seeking a Growth Project Valuation Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in an international and fast-paced environment, where challenges and growth opportunities abound.

The Growth Project Valuation Specialist will be supporting quarterly Group evaluations, M&A valuations of third-party companies, specific internal pipeline assets, and strategic initiatives.

A key focus will be to provide financial analysis support and intelligence to drive internal strategic decisions related to internal growth pipeline in Europe and US.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for various purposes, including:
    • Development projects – assessing investment returns, cash flow projections, and funding structures.
    • Net Asset Value (NAV) reporting – ensuring accurate valuation and financial insights for reporting purposes.
    • M&A transactions – evaluating acquisition / divestment targets, synergy potential, and deal structuring.
    • Conduct detailed sensitivity analyses to evaluate financial risks and support decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of materials for Nadara’s and Fund’s Investment Committees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Procurement, Energy Markets, Planning & Control, and Structured Finance, to ensure consistency and alignment in financial evaluations.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of strategic reports for shareholders.
  • Support the development, review, and refinement of third-party financial models for bids, investments, and transactions as required.

Key Requirements

  • Fluent in English (Italian and Spanish are a plus).
  • A university degree in Economics or Engineering.
  • 3–4 years of professional experience, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.
  • Advanced Excel skills with a focus on financial modeling for infrastructure-related businesses.
  • A proactive, highly detail-oriented, and team-focused approach.
  • Problem-solving abilities paired with a creative and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
