Job Summary:

The Walt Disney Company offers an internship in Madrid at the Human Resources Department.

The role will consists of:

Support to the Human Resources team for Spain & Portugal in different task and projects like:

1. Recruiting:

Working with the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Talent Acquisition Team and local HR Business Partners to support the Interns Recruitment process:

Facilitating the organization of the briefing sessions with hiring managers. Posting job adverts. Screening resumes. Coordinating interviews and processing offers. Conduct onboarding process with new hires and assist the Hiring Managers on their own role on the onboarding process.

2. Administrative, database and records:

Help to maintain HR records, dashboards and other databases up to date. In collaboration with the Global HR operations team, assist on personnel administration tasks for onboardings and reporting.

Assist HRBPs and the Global HR operations team on monitoring internships and temporary contracts termination dates.

Help to maintain all policies and articles in the Intranet & HR systems up to date and provide assistance on the HR processes and tools used within the Company.

3. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion:

Contribute to maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

You may also be asked to participate in any HR project related to DE&I

4. Employee development:

Contribute to employee development within the company by serving as the point of contact for HR at Disney, organizing training sessions, events and any other matters related to the workforce.

5. Internal Communications:

Organize effective communication and raise awareness of Human Resources news.

The necessary qualifications of the position will be:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology or other related degree. [It is essential to have completed the degree (degree already paid) and no more than 3 years have elapsed since the completion of it].
  • Any previous internship or experience in a Talent Acquisition or other HR area environment would be valued
  • English Fluency.

Ofrecemos un contrato en prácticas* de 1 año (6+6 meses).

  • Requisitos: Este contrato podrá concertarse con quienes estuvieren en posesión de título universitario o de formación profesional de grado medio o superior o títulos oficialmente reconocidos como equivalentes, de acuerdo con las leyes reguladoras del sistema educativo vigente, o de certificado de profesionalidad, de acuerdo con lo previsto en la Ley Orgánica 5/2002, de 19 de junio, de las Cualificaciones y de la Formación Profesional, que habiliten para el ejercicio profesional.

Que no hayan transcurrido más de tres años, o de cinco cuando el contrato se concierte con un trabajador con discapacidad, desde la terminación de los estudios.
