The functions to be performed corresponding to the offered scholarship mainly are (but not limited to):

Technical Guide Review and Update for MDR Compliance:

    • Work closely with the Regulatory Affairs team and the Marketing team to support the review and update of technical guides to ensure compliance with the new Medical Device Regulation (MDR) requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and implement changes as per regulatory guideline

 Content Creation:

    • Support the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across various communication channels.

Competitive Intelligence Research and Analysis:

    • Collaborate in performing in-depth competitive intelligence research aimed at identifying evolving trends, scrutinizing competitor activities, and uncovering strategic opportunities within the dynamic landscape of the European healthcare market.
    • Skillfully analyze gathered data to deliver actionable insights that play a pivotal role in shaping strategic decisions for the Spine & Biologics division, ensuring a competitive edge in the marketplace.

Supply Chain Management and Communication:

    • Act as a liaison between countries and supply chain, facilitating communication and addressing issues.
    • Escala
    • te supply chain issues as needed and work to provide solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
    • Communicate regularly with countries to provide updates on ETA and share information on root causes of any delays.

Competences: High organizational capacity, proactivity, communication skills and teamwork, keen to learn and take on challenges.

Work Experience: Not required. Internship only.

Education: Graduate.

Type of Degree: Business, Marketing, Health Sciences (Biomedical engineering, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biology…)

Minimum requirements: Office (Advanced): Word, Excel and Power Point.

Languages: English (Reading: Advanced level (c1) / Writing: Advanced level (c1) / Conversation: Advanced level (c1)).

  • Contract Type: Internship
  • Duration: 6 months, extendable 18 months
  • Labor Day: M – Th: 8.30/17:00h F: 8:00/15.00h
  • Salary: 900 eur. + Ticket Restaurant
