Program Manager Talent Development – GenO Program & Innovation Initiatives

We are seeking a Program Manager to play a vital role in supporting GenO career development program, internal talent initiatives, and various organizational development projects. This position will contribute to the successful execution of our talent development strategies, including assisting with community-building efforts and business-wide programs.

What You’ll Do

What you’ll do. Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Work with Business to prepare project assignments/assessments for the GenO participants.
  • Drive the project plan and oversee the implementation of an effective GenO program from recruiting, on boarding, training and finishing with independence and conversion of the GenO into existing roles
  • Define milestones and timelines and working to meet them.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for GenO program: Maintain weekly progress updates to the business and management
  • Works collaboratively with CSS management team
  • Manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects.
  • Document clear and detailed reports: Ensures constant monitoring and reporting of the evolution of the program participants within their function.
  • Establishes a direct relationship, coaches and supervises GenO throughout the program.
  • Maintain the GenO community active and engaged – constant communication and engagement with the participants
  • Liaising with the marketing & distribution department on ordering promotional materials for GenO & Professional new hires and keeping stock up to date.
  • This role involves understanding and applying company policies and processes.
  • Document Control: creating, maintaining & centrally storing guides & documents on all programmes & events run & by the Organizational Development team.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience as hands-on project / program manager, project manager, community manager, or in a related role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, or similar.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, strong communication and presentation skills
  • You are able to influence others to change their perceptions in a positive, creative and respectful way.
  • You easily build networks and rapport with diverse groups. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on shared objectives. Is willing to place team goals before personal goals.

  • Proven track record in delivering social and multimedia communications programmes
  • Generating innovative ideas for continuous organisational improvement and implement approved suggestions.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute tactically as required
  • Able to work in fast paced environment and to high standards
  • Ability to operate well in a complex and matrix environment
  • Ability to perform moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes
  • Solid analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills with an ability to handle competing demands.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business need.
