EF- English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Person with a high level of French and knowledge about the Swiss market to join our European team in Barcelona’s office. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Online English courses. You will have a key role in developing, revenue, and the number of students joining our online school and being part of a fast-growing business.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Inbound and Outbound calls to potential new customers – zero cold calls!
- Upgrade and Renew current customers.
- Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPI’s and Sales targets.
- Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.
- Performs database and record-keeping activities.
The Sales performance will be based on the KPIs settled on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role with the Swiss market
- Fluent level in French both written and verbal
- Min. B2 level of English
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
- Cultural awareness and team-player
- Good understanding of KPIs and targets
- 1st month fully office based for trainings
