Purpose

The Senior Team Lead Media Amplification and Social key responsibility is to contribute designing and to lead the implementation of the most effective and impactful amplification strategy for all Brand initiatives with the aim of converting IQOS into a love brand.

Media Relations, social media, contents creators will be among the channels the Senior Team Lead Media Amplification and Social will manage with the help of his/her team.

He/she strictly collaborates with the Digital Paid Media Sr. Specialist identifying and leveraging on all possible synergies.

He/she will also be accountable for:

  1. Media relationship with lifestyle media outlets
  2. The editorial strategy of the digital touchpoints guaranteeing consistency across the channels and with the overall brand strategy.
  3. Adapting and producing all the digital assets for all digital channels (including iqos.com, IQOSClub, CRM, Social, Paid Media, etc) based on the toolboxes elaborated by the Brand team.

This is a highly strategic role and will act as a pivot for all digital content related matters by interacting with several stakeholders of many departments with a high level of responsibility and visibility.

Accountabilities

  1. Contributes to design and coordinate the implementation of the Digital Media Strategy and plans in line with the market Business Strategy maximizing investments effectiveness and efficiency.
  2. Reach the defined audience @scale generating an impact on business results by orchestrating all Paid Media activities (i.e. Branded Contents, Media Partnerships etc.) guaranteeing the best media mix.
  3. Integrate relevant consumer, business, technology information/innovations into the strategy to maximize PMI competitive advantage.
  4. Coordinate media agencies activities.
  5. Liaise with and influence local and global stakeholders guaranteeing full alignment and maximizing synergies.
  6. Design and coordinate the implementation the editorial strategy for all PMI owned social media platforms profiles (Instagram and YouTube).
  7. Design and coordinate the implementation of the Content Creators/KOL collaborations and plans to maximize reach and impact beyond PMI’s profiles.
  8. Design and coordinate the implementation of the digital channels editorial strategy to guarantee communication consistency across all digital touchpoints (i.e. iqos.com, IQOSClub, CRM, etc.).
  9. Guarantee full alignment of all digital channels owners by fostering collaboration spirit.
  10. Coordinate the digital assets adaptation and production, with the support of an external agency, timely fulfilling all touchpoints’ needs.
  11. Guarantee full consistency between the digital assets and the campaigns defined by Brand Marketing.
  12. Budget and reporting.
  13. Legal and corporate compliance.
  14. Team and organization development.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, or similar.
  • High level of English (C1 or above).

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate or brand communications.
  • Proven experience in public relations (media contact, press release writing, etc.) and digital communication
